Announce System [Standalone] (Escrow)

BS-Announce is a modern, customizable announcement system for RedM servers with multilingual support. This resource is completely standalone and uses the native ACE permission system.

Important Note: BS-Announce is specifically designed for server-wide announcements such as server restarts, events, or important administrative messages. It is not intended to be used as a general notification system for regular gameplay notifications.

Installation is simple:

1. Download the resource and place it in your server's resources folder
2. Add ensure bs-announce to your server.cfg
3. Set up ACE permissions if needed (see Permission Setup section in the README)
4. Restart your server or start the resource manually
